Durable and resistant to the levers
Made from a durable composite material, the 2092DF Digital Safe features patented lever-resistant hinges that prevent lever entry. The four direct locking door bolts provide additional security by firmly locking the door in place.

Programmable blocking deters thieves
A programmable electronic lock allows you to select your own three to eight-digit code to access the vault. Blocking will disable the keyboard if an incorrect code is entered too many times. Two emergencies cancel keys are included and stored discreetly on the outside of the safe, allowing you to access the safe if you forget the combination.

Fire resistant up to one hour
Underwriters Laboratories (UL) has independently verified that this fire-resistant box withstands outdoor temperatures of up to 1700 degrees Fahrenheit for one hour while maintaining an internal temperature of fewer than 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Activation for the first time

Your safe is ready for activation. To open the safe, and prevent it from locking before the activation is complete, a security device has been installed to disable the solenoid.
Batteries and keys for emergency cancellation
Remove four (4) AA batteries and two (2) emergency knockout keys. They are in the protective polystyrene foam insert at the top of the box.

Install batteries
1 Turn the lever to the right and open the safe door. Note: this waterproof box may require additional resistance during initial entry.
2 Slide the battery compartment cover forward and remove it. The compartment is inside the safe at the top of the door. Install the four (4) AA batteries. Make sure that the batteries are installed in the correct direction, as indicated in the battery compartment. Slide the cover back into place.
3 After the cells are correctly installed, the red and green LEDs on the top of the keypad on the front of the safe will flash twice, the keypad backlight will light up once, and there will be a single beep.
4 Turn on the lock.
Turn on / off the sound.
If you do not hear a beep after you installed the batteries when you enter the pre-set factory password or when you reprogram the personal password.

Enable blocking
Locate the small plastic locking pin inside the safe door. Grasp and pull entirely and dispose of it properly.
2 Leave the trunk door open and continue with the electronic locking system test.

Test of the electronic locking system
The door still open; you can try the electronic digital lock by manually activating the locking system.
To activate the locking system, locate the lock button on the inside of the safe door, push it in and turn the lever to the left. The bolts of the live door then extend outward and lock. Now, with the door open and the door bolts in the closed position, you can proceed to Test the access code.

Closing the safe door with the locking pins in the locked position can damage the safe. The lock button should only be used to test or program the safe with the door open.
Test the access code

1 With the safe door, open and dynamic locks enabled, you can now test the electronic lock system using the predefined three-digit factory ID. Locate the keypad on the front of the safe and open the protective cover to expose the keyboard.
2 When the lid is open, the keypad is turned on, and the keypad backlight turns on and stays on for approximately five (5) seconds. The keyboard is still active even when the backlight turns off. It will turn on again when you press a key.
3 The pre-set 3-digit factory access code is 159.

4 After entering the complete sequence correctly, the green light will come on, and the lock will engage. You now have five (5) seconds to open the safe by turning the door handle of the safe to the right.
5 With the handle turned to the right, the pressure bolts loosen and retract into the door. This waterproof box may require additional resistance during initial entry.
6 Leave the safe door open and proceed to Programme a Personal Access Code.

If the handle does not turn
If the handle does not turn right after the green light comes on, first turn it slightly to the left until it stops, then go back to the right to open it.

Security Lockout Periods
For added security, the vault will automatically block entry for 15 minutes after three (3) open attempts with an invalid access code.


In the event of a fire, your First Fire Digital Safe Fire will be replaced by a comparable model at no cost to the consumer. The transportation of the replacement unit is not included in the warranty and must be paid by the consumer.
For any claim, send your name and address, a photo of the damaged box and your model number and a copy of the fire department report to BRK Consumer Affairs as proof of the loss. Once the information is received, Consumer Affairs will contact you to provide additional instructions.

BRK Brands, Inc. ("BRK") warrants that for five (5) years from the date of purchase, this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. BRK, in its sole discretion, will repair or replace this product or any component of the product found to be defective during the warranty period. If the product is no longer available, a replacement can be done with a similar product of equal or higher value. It is your exclusive guarantee.

This warranty is only valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of original retail purchase and is not transferable. You must keep the original purchase receipt. BRK dealers, service centers, or retail stores that sell this product do not have the right to modify, modify, or change the terms and conditions of this warranty.
